People Operations Specialist

Kate Walsh serves as Canalini’s People Operations Specialist, where she focuses on key functions such as human resources, payroll, employee relations, and supporting overall people operations strategies. She holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from The College of New Jersey (TCNJ), with minors in Management and Marketing. Driven by her belief that work should be a positive and engaging environment, Kate is passionate about HR and the field of Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and she is currently pursuing her master’s degree in I/O Psychology at Salem State University.

Outside of work, she embraces anything active and adventurous, as she loves to spend time at the gym, hiking with friends, and skiing with her family. Kate also loves to travel anywhere she can, whether it be new or old destinations.
