Job Title: Senior Account Executive

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and energetic Account Executive with a proven track record in selling Microsoft and consulting services to enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate would have a strong understanding of Microsoft’s suite of enterprise solutions like Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, Co-Pilot Studio, Intune, EntraID, as well as AI-based automation. This individual must be capable of hitting the ground running, quickly integrating into our team, and driving immediate impact. We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is results-driven, and embodies our core values of excellence, collaboration, and integrity.
Responsibilities include:
- Sales Autonomy: Take ownership of sales activities for Microsoft enterprise services, focusing on large enterprise clients and law firms. Collaborate with the Senior Sales Manager to develop and implement strategies that drive growth and maximize revenue within the Legal, Government, and Health sector.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Consultative Selling: Identify client needs, deliver tailored solutions, and position Microsoft’s products as the strategic solution to their business challenges.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth within the enterprise sector.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about Microsoft’s evolving AI offerings, competitive AI landscape, and market trends to effectively position Canalini Consulting’s services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including technical consultants, project managers, and leadership, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and outstanding client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7+ years in sales, with at least 3 years of experience selling Microsoft services. Previous experience working directly with Microsoft is highly preferred.
- Proven Success: Demonstrated success in consistently exceeding sales targets and driving new business growth.
- Energy & Drive: Highly motivated, energetic, and results-oriented.
